As a full-service law firm, they offer a complete range of commercially legal services with teams specialising in a range of disciplines. The firm's clients include multinational companies, major corporations, UK plcs, insurance companies, UK and foreign banks and financial institutions, public organisations, private individuals and professional bodies.
The firm's construction team advise on all aspects of construction and engineering law, their construction team brings commercial perspective and experience to both contentious and non-contentious matters. The team act on behalf of employers, members of design teams, main contractors, sub-contractors and insurers. The team works for a wide spectrum of clients in the construction and engineering sectors including industrial, manufacturing, nuclear, development, transport, retail, energy, renewables, oil and gas. The firm's lawyer advise on procurement strategies for construction and engineering projects, as well as contract terms, bonds and guarantees, joint venture agreements, novation agreements and collateral warranties, at both tender and contract award stages.
The team are now seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experienced in non-contentious construction matters, gained at another leading practice in London.
