Non-Teaching Head of Year

The post is for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
The hours of work will be 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Friday.We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Year, committed to the progress and support of students. Heads of Year take full responsibility for the progress of every individual in their year group. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to make a real difference to the lives of young people. The appointed person must:• have the ability to work on their own initiative;• have the ability to innovate and understand how to motivate young people and colleagues;• have a degree standard education;• have excellent communication and leadership skills;• be willing to be part of the safeguarding teamClosing date for applications: Monday 29th January 2024 – 9am
