Description

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Custodian of the Stage and Gate Project Process.
• Generates overall project timeline and cross-functional dependencies.
• Communicates project progress, upsides, and challenges.
• Custodian of Gate Templates and coordinates preparation of Gate Documents.
• Excellent communication to provide internal clarity and alignment across the project portfolio activity schedule.
• Builds and maintains relationships with supply partners to facilitate activity alignment and delivery.
• Leads Project Execution Mtgs and escalates variance to plan.
• Provides project governance for Cost Optimisation and Supply Chain Improvement projects.
• Custodian of Master Data, including SKU- and barcode generation, weights, and measures.
• Fully conversant with SKU Optimisation including phase-in and phase-out activities.
• In addition, the role will provide support across the Product Team in dealing with information requests, complaints, data compliance management and representing the Product Team at external meetings.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in:

• Strong experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Previous experience within an FMCG business.
• Basic appreciation of the elements involved in commercial food manufacturing, product development and cost/quality optimisation.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident leading meetings with senior management, manufacturers, and external customers.
• High degree of organisation, structured work and planning is a must.
• Personable and capable of actively building and managing relationships.
• Self-starter, high energy, gutsy, grounded in commonsense.
• Thrives under pressure in fast paced environments
