Wadkins Associates is currently seeking a NQ Contentious Construction Lawyerto join a reputable law firm in London.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Real Estate department with a focus on construction, development, and urban regeneration. With a strong emphasis on practical, commercial solutions, the team works alongside various specialist departments and prides themselves on their global network of connections. 

As part of the Construction Group, you will provide advice and guidance on every stage of construction disputes. This includes pre-action negotiations, court proceedings (including the Technology and Construction Court), adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation. You represent a wide range of clients including property owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
