Are you a trainee solicitor looking to qualify into Planning? My client's Planning team is regarded as one of the best in the UK and is seeking a trainee solicitor to join them in either their Bristol, Plymouth or Newcastle office.
With the increasing demand for their services from major infrastructure providers, they offer a unique opportunity for you to develop your skills and advance your career. You'll work alongside some of the most talented lawyers in the field across their various offices.
The Role:
As part of their national team, you will offer clients a comprehensive spectrum of expertise, tackling complex mandates across the residential, commercial, infrastructure, environmental, and waste sectors. You will be involved in:

• Large Scale Development Consent Orders: Navigating the intricacies of large-scale projects.
• Compulsory Acquisitions: Advising and managing compulsory purchase processes.
• Strategic Planning Advice: Providing clients with crucial planning guidance.
• Environmental Statements Review: Ensuring compliance and thorough analysis of environmental impact.
• Project Management Support: Assisting with the coordination and management of significant projects.
• Judicial Review and Lands Chamber Proceedings: Engaging in contentious work with a strong legal backing.

The Candidate:
The team are seeking passionate and knowledgeable candidates who have a genuine interest in real estate planning law. Ideal candidates will have:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor Status: With relevant training and qualification.
• Strong Academic Background: Demonstrating your capability and dedication.
• Experience in a Large Legal Team: Preferably within a planning team, though this is not essential.
• Genuine Interest: Enthusiasm for real estate planning law and a commitment to building your career in this field.
