We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our esteemed Private Client team in Ormskirk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who is passionate about providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a range of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trust administration.
- Managing a varied caseload with the support and guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Conducting legal research and drafting relevant documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client care.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.
About You:
- Recently qualified solicitor with a strong academic background.
- Demonstrable interest and some experience in Private Client law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
