Overview

Principal People are delighted to be recruiting for an Nuclear Fire Safety Consultant to join a renowned consultancy and certification organisation to work on behalf of a very prestigious client of theirs. This is a homebased position offering a long term contract opportunity with very occasional requirement to attend the business’ Head Office in the North West. This requirement will be for a long term contract offering a very competitive hourly/daily rate for the right individual.
As the Nuclear Fire Safety Consultant your duties will include:

• Review of current Fire Risk and Safety assessments
• Review of the clients Fire Safety documentation
• Looking at the quality and overall effectiveness/completeness of associated FRA’s
• Make sure of overall compliance with the clients Fire Safety policies and procedures
• Other related Fire Safety/assessment responsibilities

The successful Nuclear Fire Safety Consultant will have the following qualifications/experience as a minimum:

• Associated Fire Safety qualifications
• Experience working in the Nuclear sector
• Strong overall Fire Safety/assessment experience
• Security Clearance currently obtained (Essential)
• Be available to start from July 2024
