The Nurses on the front line of our Adults' Health and Care service do so much more than care, they transform lives. Our nurses are caregivers, advocates and true heroes of healthcare. We value them for the fantastic work they do.We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and short stay community beds. Some of our settings offer a unique discharge service that supports hospital leavers either return home with a package of care, or on to a residential setting. This variety means that no two days are ever the same.Surrounded by a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, you'll be fully supported in your determination to provide the highest quality care to our service users. Our nurses deal with both clinical diagnosis and treatment. As a qualified nurse with current NMC registration, you'll be responsible for the 'whole patient experience' and build relationships with the people in your care.
