Salary - £39,000 - £42,900 per annum + 6 weeks annual leave (excl. Bank Holidays) + Full indemnity + NHS Pension

Your role -

* Practice Nurse

* Full time or part-time working available

* Focusing on traditional Practice Nurse duties and some chronic conditions

* Mixture of telephone and face to face

* Flexible start and finish times

* Immunisations and Vaccinations experience essential

* Respiratory and Diabetes experience preferred

* ARTP Respiratory qualification preferred, but not essential

* Primary Care experience preferred, but not essential!
