Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in Walthamstow. This role is perfect for a Nursery Assistant who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
Your Role as a Nursery Assistant:
- Provide a safe, secure, and home-like environment for the children.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Operate a key person system and liaise effectively with parents, carers, and senior staff.
- Plan, organize, and implement a programme of activities that meet the needs and interests of each child.
- Work collaboratively as part of a highly motivated and professional team.
We're Looking For in a Nursery Assistant:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 in Chilcare or equivilent.
- Nursery Assistants who are passionate about working with young children and have experience in early years settings.
- Individuals with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- Nursery Assistants who are organised, creative, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education.
