Nursery Deputy Manager

We are proud to be searching for a Room Leader and a LV3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic setting based near Aylesbury. They are a fantastic setting who are dedicated to giving every child the best start in life by supporting them to play, learn and grow in a positive and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities;

• Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Ensure appropriate planning and assessment is accurately maintained for key children.

• Prepare and supervise activities.

• Ensure that all children are kept safe.
• Notify Designated Officer of any safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
• Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained.
• Deploy staff effectively to ensure the required standards are maintained.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the company’s keyperson system and allocate key children appropriately.
