Day to Day of the role:
- Engage children through exciting and stimulating activities, tailored to their developmental needs.
- Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for young learners.
- Seamlessly transition between different roles and responsibilities within the nursery setting.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to support each child’s learning journey.
- Embrace the variety and excitement that comes with day-to-day supply assignments, covering sickness, exploring long-term roles, and potentially securing permanent positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 2 or level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- A creative and imaginative approach to engaging with children.
- A strong passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
