Nursery Housekeeper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our nursery setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our children and staff team.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Replenish supplies such as toilet rolls, tissues, hand towels, anti bac sprays and soaps
- Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the manager on duty

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
