TeacherActive are delighted to be working with a Nursery in S9 who are recruiting a Nursery Manager. The nursery has an outstanding team and working with them means you'll be supported to excel as an individual and benefit from ongoing investment in your professional development.

As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery. Your responsibilities will include leading the staff team to deliver high-quality practice, fostering positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children at all times.

What are the requirements?

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position
• Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its practical application
• Strong leadership skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Passion for Early Years education and ambition to enhance the nursery setting
• Natural ability to build strong relationships with parents/carers and staff
• Good written and IT skills, with the ability to complete required paperwork
