You will become a valued and important part of a fantastic nursery with a supportive leadership team focused upon delivering positive learning outcomes for the children, families and the team. We would like you to inspire and support your team to provide the highest level of professional leadership and management to all team members and to ensure that all children receive the highest possible standards of care and education.
Most of all we would like you to play, motivate, have fun and inspire the children and your team. We believe that these are some of the most important skills as an Early Years Professional.
We use an Online Learning Journal system to record the children's care routines and daily development. This takes the time away from paperwork and gives you back the time with the children!
