Litigation Secretary, Belfast City Centre, £neg. Top Commercial law firm wishes to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary.

Our client is looking for an experienced Litigation Secretary who has a flexible approach to work and enjoys learning new ways of working. The successful candidate will join a team of Legal Secretaries who provide support across a number of departments.

This is a full time role although flexibility with start and finish times will be offered if requested.

As a Legal Secretary, your role will involve the following:

·Fast accurate document production on litigation matters: preparation of a high volume of court files, trial bundles with tight timescales;

·Extensive diary management

·Assisting with correspondence, billing and administration tasks;

·Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements;

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is keen to add value through their role, is enthusiastic in their delivery and actively engages with our culture and core values.

Essential

·2+ years experience of working as a PA in a legal environment.

·Current working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel

·Proactive, professional can do attitude with exceptional attention to detail and pride in work.
