Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working in partnership with a top tier commercial law firm in its search for an experienced Legal Secretary with expertise in Defence Litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to lawyers specialising in defence litigation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
• Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information for cases.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary in litigation.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
