The Client:

The Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will create a secure and stimulating space, enriching young minds. Contribute to an inclusive curriculum, meeting each childs unique needs.

Duties:

-Organise indoor and outdoor learning spaces, ensuring appropriate resources are available.
-Support childrens physical and personal hygiene needs, promoting independence.
-Facilitate mealtimes, imparting knowledge on healthy eating and encouraging proper table etiquette.
-Implement positive behavior management principles and role model high standards.
-Monitor and assess childrens learning, providing objective feedback to parents.
-Build professional relationships with parents, considering diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
-Utilise professional knowledge to cater to diverse learning styles, fostering positive relationships with children.
-Attend training sessions to support professional development and comply with nursery policies.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
-Level 2 and above qualification.
-Paediatric First Aid certification.
-Proficient in written and spoken English.
-Knowledge of current legal and statutory frameworks in childcare.
