Due to acquiring the outstanding Montessori Nursery College Town in Sandhurst, we are looking for team members who can engage in this evolving time, help to grow our existing team and feel part of this great opportunity.

Our College Town Montessori Day Nursery, part of the Grandir UK family are therefore seeking a qualified level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to help care for and inspire our children.

What will you be doing:

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
• Prepare and support childrens activities
• In the absence of the Team/Room Leader maintain effective day-to-day management of the playroom.
• Contribute to ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Support and mentor students and un-qualified staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
