Nursery Senior Room Leader

Happy Days Nursery in Truro City is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Our team is committed to fostering a love for learning and development in the children under our care. To support our mission, we are looking for a Level 3 qualified Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our passionate team.
As a Senior Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality care and education to children in your care.
Leading and supporting a team of dedicated nursery practitioners.
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
Promoting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and partnership.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Childcare qualification.
Previous experience working in a senior nursery role.
Excellent knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for providing exceptional care to children.
