Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role requires a compassionate individual with excellent communication and clinical skills, who is committed to providing high-quality care to patients with Mental health needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' Mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and administering medications as prescribed.
• Monitoring and evaluating patients' progress, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Providing support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting recovery and rehabilitation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients' care and progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.

Requirements:

• Pre-PIN/Post-NMC PIN registration is mandatory.
• IELTS 7 or OET certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of genuine experience in Mental health nursing.
• Immediate availability for an urgent opening
