As the Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager in the seamless operation of the Nursing home. Leading a team of passionate care professionals, you will foster strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families, contributing significantly to the home's success. The role is a mixture of clinical & supernumerary time.
Your workplace:
The Nursing home is located near the Musselburgh area of East Lothian & is ideally located for commuting from Edinburgh or towards the coast. This medium sized home is rated at a near perfect 10 on care home.com & has a fantastic new manager in place, an opportunity to be a part of a new management team.
Your qualifications and qualities:
To thrive in this role, previous experience in a nursing setting is essential. You must be RN qualified, with an up-to-date NMC pin number. My client values individuals who are caring, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and interested in working for a growing and progressive organization. They would love the new Deputy Manager to be experienced in a Nursing Home within a senior position.
