- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a Nursing Home or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Relevant qualifications in nursing or healthcare management.
