Requirements for the Operations Manager (Nursing Homes)role:

Nursing Qualification and active NMC Pin or Level 5 Management

Excellent working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards

Hold a valid UK driving licence

Experience in a similar role or within a Home Manager position

About the Company:

Our client has plans to expand and invest into Nursing and Residential Homes within the Norfolk area and are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.

As an Operations Manager, you will be ensuring that the Care Homes are compliant with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care and environment for residents, and achieving financial and business objectives. As well as, providing strong leadership, support, and mentoring that will be instrumental in driving the success of the homes and aligning its operations with the companys vision and values.

The role of an Operations Manager (Nursing Homes)within the company involves:

Supporting the Nursing Homes within your region to help deliver the best care possible

Supporting the Homes that have been identified as having concerns in improving their services

Working alongside Home Managers to develop and implement action plans, that make sure the residents needs are met

Investigating formal complaints

Collaborating with external healthcare professionals to resolve concerns and promote internal policies

Undertake internal audits and reviews of the Homes within the assigned region
