Role Summary
Aubay is seeking an experienced Office365/Sharepoint Developer for an exciting opportunity to join our team for a project with an international energy company. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and applications to support various business functions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and ensure optimal performance and usability of Office365/SharePoint solutions.
This role will involve significant travel to Doha, Qatar – approximately 50% travel (up to 30 days at a time). We will provide further information about the scope and details of travel requirements during the interview process.

- Previous experience within the energy industry (previous experience within LNG would be highly desirable).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Required Skillset
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, Office 365 Developer, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in developing SharePoint Online solutions, workflows, lists, and libraries.
- Experience in designing and developing PowerApps solutions, integrating with SharePoint Online and other data sources.
- Proficiency in creating automated business processes using Power Automate, including cloud sources and UI designing best practices.
- Familiarity with PowerApps Portals and their customization capabilities.
- Experience working with SQL Server and SharePoint Online lists as data sources for PowerApps.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online security models and best practices.
- Experience in configuring SharePoint Online workflows and managing document approvals.
- Proficiency in integrating SharePoint Online with Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate are a plus.
