RPS Occupational Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Advisor to work for one of our prestigious clients to ensure the delivery of class leading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening and health promotion, psychological assessments to clients and overseas assessments. This work is delivered at client or RPS sites. You will be the face of ‘quality service’ for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organisation.

What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to the client and to co-ordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.
You will be an RGN and must hold a post registration qualification in OH at degree level, and will be experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance screening procedures and willing to undertake any required training for the role. You will be responsible for personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration, hold a current UK full driving licence and have your own transport, and be willing and able to travel and work outside normal office hours with some overnight stays. You must have a high degree of self-management and motivation, with the ability to work both alone and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills are essential to prioritise and manage a flexible workload. You will be proficient with all MS office suite applications, and have a flexible, open mindset and the ability to lead by example.
Who we’re looking for
- RGN qualified and must hold a post-registration qualification in OH
- Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures
- Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration (part 3)
- High degree of self-motivation and management
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS office suite
- Strong team player and able to lead by example
- Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays
- Ability to pass high-level security vetting
