Salary- The Occupational Health Advisor role is a hybrid role 40:60 home/on-site
- Part time position (22.2 hours per week working fixed days on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

A three day a week opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house Occupational Health, Welfare and Wellbeing Team. As part of the team you will work along-side other Occupational Health Advisors, Clinical Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Force Medical Advisor, Occupational Health Technician’s, Welfare Officers, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator and Administrators.
The main focus of the role will be to provide Occupational Health services and advice to all within the Force relating to attendance management, disability issues and workplace adjustments, health surveillance and ensure compliance with statutory requirements along with supporting health and wellbeing initiatives.
The applicant must be a Registered Nurse on part 1 of the NMC register and hold a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health. Two years post qualification experience is preferable along with experience of working within an Occupational Health environment in the Blue Light sector.

This role is commutable from Kidderminster, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Malvern, Ledbury, Evesham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, Droitwich Spa and Pershore and is just off junction 6 of the M5
