Oxford - with travel to Birmingham, Swindon & Chichester

Full-time, Permanent

£50,000 plus car allowance

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Manage and support a team of allocated OHA s and Nurses.
• Deliver Occupational Health Service to clients and ensure that the provision of the Occupational Health advice is of the highest standards.
• Act as an ambassador and promote the Company and the Occupational Health services available.
• Ensure clinical standards of best practice and standardisation of systems.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understand the Company s objectives and values.
• Assist with induction and training of new employees within the Team
• Manage confidential data in line with the Data Protection Act
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve the Customer Experience
• Attending meetings and training sessions as require.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• Occupational Health degree & NMC registration is essential.
• Previous managerial experience is required (including employee management).
• Demonstrable experience within Occupational Health departments, preferably private sector experience.
• Experience of attending meetings and client reviews is required.
• Experience of attending, presenting and hosting client Wellness and health promotion days.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
• Full UK driving licence
