Occupational Health - Nurse Manager
Oxford - with travel to Birmingham, Swindon & Chichester
Full-time, Permanent
£50,000 plus car allowance
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Manage and support a team of allocated OHA s and Nurses.
- Deliver Occupational Health Service to clients and ensure that the provision of the Occupational Health advice is of the highest standards.
- Act as an ambassador and promote the Company and the Occupational Health services available.
- Ensure clinical standards of best practice and standardisation of systems.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Understand the Company s objectives and values.
- Assist with induction and training of new employees within the Team
- Manage confidential data in line with the Data Protection Act
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve the Customer Experience
- Attending meetings and training sessions as require.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Occupational Health degree & NMC registration is essential.
- Previous managerial experience is required (including employee management).
- Demonstrable experience within Occupational Health departments, preferably private sector experience.
- Experience of attending meetings and client reviews is required.
- Experience of attending, presenting and hosting client Wellness and health promotion days.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
- Full UK driving licence
