To take a lead role in developing, organising and coordinating the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service across South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS FT to ensure quality of care to the clients who use the service As an expert Occupational Health practitioner, you will provide support to colleagues within the organisation in planning / delivering safe care and best practice in Occupational Health. Improve understanding of healthcare workers about the risks of infection and how to reduce those risks across the system. To take responsibility for the line management and development of staff within the Occupational Health team To lead continuous quality improvement in the Occupational Health service. To comply with the Trusts vision, values and behavioural compact Participate in the provision of a 7 day service when required.
