Short Benefits:

- £21,000 – £24,000
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Job specification:
- Handle and route phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in preparing regular reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new vendors and deals
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide customer support via phone
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Manage customer invoicing
- Assist with credit control and debt collection
- Update customer information in our accounts package (Xero)
- Maintain our CRM and organise customer information
- Assist the sales administration team with quotes and orders from our e-commerce system
Person specification:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Proficient with office equipment, such as printers
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management abilities and the capacity to prioritise tasks
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
