About the role:
- Based in Maghera
- Full time permanent
- Hours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- £Negotiable salary
You will be managing a busy office, supervising 1-2 staff. Duties will include:
- Daily bookkeeping and accounts duties
- Daily bank lodgements and bank reconciliations
- Cash and credit card reconciliations
- Posting invoices onto Sage
- Processing and overseeing payroll
- General administration
Criteria:
- Minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting package
- 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English & Maths
- Excellent organisation and communication skill
