Hours: Mon-Fri (Full Time)

Job Spec:
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
* Filling and archiving
* Creating and managing documents inc spreadsheets
* Compiling reports
* Dealing with customer and client queries
* Other ad hoc admin experience
Person Spec:
* Experience in either Administration, Customer Service or Data Entry
* Pro active approach
* Organised
* Strong attention to detail
* Team player
