My client, a leading logistics company based in Luton, are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This is a lovely company to work for, a company that really value their staff and offer great opportunities to grow and develop into other parts of the business.
Key responsibilities can be found below:
The selected candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Responding to emails and answering telephone calls.
Liaising with customers regarding any questions / queries that they may have.
Providing general administrative support to the team at all times.
Providing clients with formal quotations and booking in jobs via a bespoke software programme.
Essentials:
Quick learner who can think on their feet and use their own initiative.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment - working to tight deadlines. Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team; Flexible approach.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable candidate will have:
Good time keeping skills
The ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
Excellent administration skills, with an eye for attention to detail
Contract Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: Between £21,000.00 to 23,000.00 per annum
