A varied role running a small office for a team of vets, this job would suit a good multi-tasker with a love of animals, and a flexible approach. Ability to use own initiative, well organised and able to prioritise, with attention to detail & accuracy. As an integral part of the team, you would need excellent communication skills with a good IT knowledge and a willingness to help where needed.
The job includes
- Reception duties including telephone, emails and computer input
- Liasing with vets, clients and suppliers
- Stock control and Ordering
- General office duties to included Invoicing, statements, and assisting with insurance claims
- Ensuring aherence to maintenance routines, health and safety & legislation.

Based in East Wiltshire, we also have newly opened facilities nearby to give clients more choice and support.
