Full time administrator required to join our growing Practice in Bangor.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Some sales experience would be desirable as an aspect of this role will involve providing estimates for work and trying to increase the number of new clients that use our services.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Date stamp all post, handle all post generally.
- Assist with organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- General running of the office
- Providing secretarial cover
- Answering phones and dealing with new queries
- Logging wills, deeds and EPAs.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Strong organiSational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office, sales or administrative role is preferred
