Monday to Friday
9am – 5pm
24K per annum
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and assist with inquiries
- Manage meeting room logistics
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently
- Assist with company secretarial tasks if experienced
- Support Directors and Managers with administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with debt collection
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- RSA 2 or equivalent qualification
- NVQ level 2 in Administration preferred
