Staff365 are recruiting for a Part TimeOffice Administrator on temporary contract basis for our client located in Rotherham.

Salary: £12 phr – Paid weekly
Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday 08:30 -17:00pm (22.5 hrs)
Responsibilities;
Answering the telephone, general reception duties and assisting in the daily running of the office.
Administration duties include extensive data inputting, filing.
Using internal system
Skills/Experience required;
Good Communication skills.
A good telephone manner.
Computer literate and familiar with most Microsoft packages.
Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
An excellent Eye for detail.
Experience with SAP system would be advantageous
