Office Administrator
Our client, a leading Waste Management Skip Hire company in Milton Keynes, is expanding and seeking a dedicated full-time Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
We're on the lookout for an individual with a minimum of three years of office/admin experience, capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate exudes confidence, possesses excellent customer service skills, is self-motivated, proficient in computer usage, and adept at problem-solving.
While previous experience in the skip hire/waste industry is a plus, it's not a prerequisite, as comprehensive training will be provided. Join us in this exciting venture and be a vital part of our client's growing success!
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders over the telephone and via email
- Assist with daily invoicing via SAGE 50
- Upload orders to our bespoke software
- Liaise with drivers
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Be flexible if required to cover absence
- Assist with some HR duties
- Assist Office Manager
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong IT Skills including all Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
- A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
