We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team at our Head Office.
Tasks include:
- Match, batch,and code invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Handling supplier queries quickly and efficiently
- Liaise with branches/managers to gain authorisation of invoices
- Managing daily and monthly payments to suppliers
- Filing
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Other administrative duties
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while also demonstrating initiative. A positive and proactive mindset, coupled with a keen attention to accuracy and detail, is essential. Strong organisational abilities and the capability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding setting are crucial. While familiarity with Sage 200 is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook, is a requirement.
