We are seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the team, liaise with other organisations, draft letters, and arrange appointments. As an administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responding to queries promptly and professionally
· Liaising with other organisations/Landlords
· Welcoming and assisting visitors
· Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
· Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings efficiently
· Drafting and reviewing letters and documents
· Maintaining organised records and files
· Assisting with the planning of company events such as meetings, seminars or workshops
· Providing administrative support to various departments or individuals within the organisation
· Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking

· Strong social skills – Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, visitors and external organisations.
· Independent – capability to work independently and to take initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision.
· Excellent organisational skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities in a structured and orderly manner.
· Responsible - willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
· Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information
· Competence in using basic office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management tools.
· Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and procedures as required by the role and the organisation.
· Skill in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues, landlords and external organisations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree level (Preferred)
Administrative experience (1 years)
Working Conditions:
Office Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
