JOB TITLE:Temporary to permanent Accounts Administrator

LOCATION: Cullompton

HOURLY RATE: Up to £12.50 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday (8am till 4pm)

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Reconciling bank statements
• Managing and reconciliation of Petty Cash
• VAT Submission
• Invoice imputing and payment
• Sending copy invoices and credit notes to customers
• Raising and investigating Credit Notes
• Opening new accounts
• Updating database with new products
• Investigate invoice queries
• Entering purchase orders onto sage

Essential skills and qualities:

• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Strong IT skills (knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous, but not essential)
• High degree of accuracy
• Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan and prioritise work
