Temporary Administrator

Job Title: Temporary Office Administrator
Location: Kingsbridge
Pay rate: £11.38 per hour.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (4:00pm finish Friday)
Duration: Temporary for a couple of months, could lead to a permanent opportunity!

• Dealing with all incoming enquires by email and sending to the right people to action.
• First point of call for the phones
• Using a variety of Microsoft packages mainly Word and Excel
• Updating the School portal database ensuring changes are made quickly and accurately.
• Help support the team with general administrative tasks.
• Follow and adhere to School procedures and be a reliable end hardworking asset to the team.
• An all round, great varied admin role, the team are getting busier and busier so this is a new role and a role than can create a great long-term opportunity to make the job your own.

Key Skills:

• Good I.T skills
• Excellent written communication as drafting emails is key.
• General administrative experience
• Hardworking, reliable, and raring to go!
