Carbon 60 are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for its facilities management company based in Slough
This position will initially for a period of 3 months with the probability of this becoming a permanent position
Working hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover other working hours
Pay rate is 12.50ph PAYE
Job purpose
- To assist and support in the effective running of the Office Support Services to the client
- Ensure that all services are provided professionally with particular focus on Customer Service.
Key tasks
- To check rooms pre and post day to see they are fit for use
- Use MS Outlook to book rooms
- Respond to requests for additional equipment/materials and trouble shoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure all Health and Safety
- To provide company employees with office support services and advise on best practice
- Ensure all printers and photocopiers are working and have a good back up supply of toner, printer ink etc
- Carry out stock checks on all stationary required to run an efficient office
- Check office standards for cleanliness and any safety issues

- Flexible approach
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Able to undertake light physical work (eg moving boxes)
- Be professional in attitude and appearance
- Be self motivated and enthusiastic
