Job description

Carbon 60 are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for its facilities management company based in Slough

This position will initially for a period of 3 months with the probability of this becoming a permanent position

Working hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to cover other working hours

Pay rate is 12.50ph PAYE

Job purpose

  • To assist and support in the effective running of the Office Support Services to the client
  • Ensure that all services are provided professionally with particular focus on Customer Service.

Key tasks

  • To check rooms pre and post day to see they are fit for use
  • Use MS Outlook to book rooms
  • Respond to requests for additional equipment/materials and trouble shoot any issues that may arise
  • Ensure all Health and Safety
  • To provide company employees with office support services and advise on best practice
  • Ensure all printers and photocopiers are working and have a good back up supply of toner, printer ink etc
  • Carry out stock checks on all stationary required to run an efficient office
  • Check office standards for cleanliness and any safety issues

  • Able to undertake light physical work (eg moving boxes)
  • Be professional in attitude and appearance
  • Be self motivated and enthusiastic
