Office Administrator

Office Administrator / Attleborough, Norfolk / 10.65 per hour / Temporary / Immediate start

We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client based in Attleborough, Norfolk.

A DBS will be required for this role but this can be obtained before starting.

Duties include:

• Creating records and update in the system
• Ensuring all records are compliant
• Ordering supplies, gloves, aprons and stationery
• Typing up risk assessments
• Archiving, taking minutes in meetings hearings, appeals
• Answering telephone calls and dealing with initial enquiries/taking messages
• Sorting incoming and outgoing Post
• Support the finance function
• Collating information for payroll
• Creating and updating spreadsheets on Excel
• Customer billing and credit control
• Overseeing accounts and reconciling monies
• Ensuring Petty cash is collected from the bank, kept up to date and reconciled weekly

Working hours can be, 8:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Monday to Friday.

10.65 per hour
