A highly successful manufacturing business in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking an administrator on a permanent basis, Monday to Thursday 20 hours per week. A busy and vibrant place to work, this is a family run business offering a varied workload.
Your new role
You will support the day to day administrative duties of a busy office, assisting the management team, including reception duties and assisting HR when required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experienced administrator.
- Excellent attention to detail with great organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels of the business.
- Commercially aware - understands the needs of the business and how performance and engagement activities will add value to the bottom line.
- Ability to use your own initiative to solve problems.
- Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A flexible, solution-focused, "can-do" attitude is critical to the success of this role.
