We are looking for a business administrator to join a small team in an established company within Plymouth.
The responsibilities:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
- Sorting Orders
- Generating forms
The candidate(s) we are looking for:
- Will have experience in a previous role or have transferable skills
- Will have excellent organisational skills
- Will have experience using ICT such as MS Office, outlook, excel
- Training provided
