The Governors of our School are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to our school .
The successful candidate will be:
- A welcoming and friendly face at the front of our office
- An experienced administrator, preferably with experience of school software systems and school processes
- Either a qualified first aider or willing to undergo the required training
- Able to work in busy office environment and be to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
- Show initiative and be willing to help to improve and streamline existing processes
- Someone with good organisational, management and communication skills
