With a footprint of six vibrant offices across East Anglia, our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their dynamic team at their new office opening in Norwich.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining Accurate Records - Prepare and upkeep precise records and reports crucial to the firm's operations
- Office Supplies Management - Efficiently manage the ordering and maintenance of stationery stocks, ensuring a seamless workflow
- Executive Support - Provide administrative support to executives and partners, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office
- Client Onboarding - Assist in the onboarding of new clients, overseeing all necessary documentation
- Financial Reporting - Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and documents, collaborating with the finance team
- Event Coordination - Play a pivotal role in organizing firm events, meetings, and conferences
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
