Our client is an established and fast-growing Accountancy Firm with a current footprint of five vibrant offices across East Anglia. They are looking to bring on an experienced Office Administrator to join the team at their sixth office opening in March.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- General office admin - dealing with post, call handling, facilities management, overseeing maintenance of office supplies
- Group administration - work planner amendments, deadline spreadsheet amendments, open audit file deadline monitoring, monthly reconciling of the billing sheet and raising bills
- Client administration - system updates on client contacts database, preparing client create forms,completing ongoing Anti-Money Laundering review paperwork
- Ad hoc tasks - preparation of tender documents, organising group events, accommodation/travel bookings on behalf of team members
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar administration role
- Ability to exercise complete discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Awareness of GDPR and its application in the workplace
- Must have full UK driving license and access to own transport
Experience within a Professional Services setting is highly desirable but not essential
