About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm, at our Stornoway office, you’ll be working as part of a team, collating, and processing operational data, working closely with our Operational department you will support the day to day activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • General Administration duties
  • Booking jobs
  • Answering emails
  • Dealing with general queries

About you

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in customer service, which would be beneficial for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess an outgoing and friendly demeanour, capable of collaborating effectively with others and communicating proficiently across all levels. This position involves working within a small team, consisting of approximately 20 drivers onsite and one office colleague.
